Oman

Oman was long closed off to the outside world and as a result is shrouded in myth and mystery. Situated on the Arabian Gulf it’s an ancient nation of seafarers, the home of the legendary Sinbad and at one time controlled the lucrative frankincense trade.

As well as the beautiful coastline there are splendid mountain ranges interspersed with fertile oases and a whole collection of interesting forts to visit. The Omani people are renowned for the hospitality and friendly nature.
