Day 1: London – Yerevan.
Evening flight with British Airways.

Day 2: Yerevan.
Arrive early morning and transfer to your hotel. Afternoon city sightseeing tour visiting the Urartian fortress of Erebuni, the first capital of Armenia dating from 782 BC; the Matenadaran Manuscripts Museum and the memorial of the 1915 Armenian Genocide. Time permitting, visit the Armenian cognac factory. (B)

Day 3: Yerevan – Geghard – Yerevan.
Leaving Yerevan this morning, enjoy a scenic drive to the pagan temple of Garni. Garni was built in Greek style in the 1st Century AD. Continue to Geghard to visit the 4th century cave monastery, with the Mother of God Cathedral and two chapels carved deep in rock. The afternoon is free. You might like to visit the amazing Vernisaj outdoor market in central Yerevan. (B)

Day 4: Yerevan.
Day at leisure in Yerevan Armenia’s capital. Optional tours are available to Lake Sevan and the holy city of Echmiadzin. (B)

Day 5: Yerevan – London.
Transfer to the airport for the return flight to London with BA. (B)
